  • Breakers or The Boca Raton for a family trip? Breakers = classic, seamless, walkable, beach-forward. The Boca Raton = resort campus, tons of pools + activities.
  • Family trip to the Amalfi coast with 10, 12 & 15 yr old boys? Yes! Think boat days, pizza, pools + cliffside views, not nonstop sightseeing.
  • Recs for where to go/do in Turks? Staying at Grace Bay. Do a half-day boat charter, snorkeling at Smith’s Reef, sunset dinner at Coco Bistro
  • Family vacy recs with a 1yr & 3yr old? Focus on beachfront properties and choose resorts that do the heavy lifting for you: great restaurants, kids clubs/babysitting services, etc.
  • Good location for beach vacation 8 months pregnant traveling with 1.5 yr old! You’ll probably have to stay domestic at this point. I would say Rosewood Miramar Beach, The Breakers, or St. Regis Longboat Key.
  • Girls 40th birthday trip recs? Palm Beach, Charleston, Nantucket, Cabo, Grand Cayman
  • How to pivot your ski trip if there is no snow? Pivot to spa + dining + snowshoeing, or switch mountains last minute. Some resorts shine even without powder.
  • Best side by side travel stroller? We love our Zoe Twin, but if I was in the market for a new one I’d also check out Nuna TRVL double
  • Dad’s 70th bday trip with big family! Private villa or resort residences: Tuscany, Caribbean, Sea Island, or Montana ranch style. Prioritize space + togetherness.
  • Best spot in the Caribbean for a family with 2 teenagers (girl & boy) needing activities. Turks, BVIs, St. Lucia. I’d also recommend Costa Rica at these ages.
  • Where to stay on the beach with my family of 4 near or in Palm Beach? Four Seasons, The Breakers, Eau Palm Beach
  • What’s the best room set-up for a family of 5? Most hotels require 2 rooms or a larger suite. (I feel your pain!)
  • Any all-inclusive recs? Not all AIs are created equal. Grand Velas for families, Four Seasons Naviva for adults.
  • Adventure trip for couples paired with some relaxation? Dolomites + Lake Como has been a repeat combo. Also think Costa Rica, New Zealand and South Africa.
  • What is the best time of year to plan for spring break, summer and winter break travel? I think the best time to plan trips is in the “opposite” season, which generally means 6-9 months in advance. Spring Break = fall, Summer = winter, Winter = NOW! (you’d be amazed at how many hotels are already waitlisting for the week between Christmas and New Years.)
  • 10th birthday trip for my daughter? Paris + Disney, Hawaii, or a dude ranch. Sprinkle in one “wow” experience.
  • Any cruise recommendations? River cruises for culture, small ships for luxury, Disney for families (yes, really!). Cruises aren’t one-size-fits-all and I’m really excited about all the new product out there.
  • Model of a bucket list trip over the next 10 years? Rotate: Europe – Big Adventure – Easy Luxury – Once-in-a-Lifetime. Pace it, don’t rush it.
  • Where do you recommend for your first trip to Europe with kids? Depends on ages and interests. But my go-to formula starts with a few nights in the city followed by downtime in the countryside or by the beach. Think Italy, England, Spain, Scotland, etc.
  • Favorite time of year to go to Nantucket? Late June or early September. Summer energy without August chaos.
